Semi Private Training
Cost effective, motivational, and personal: With no more than 3 in a session, those are the focuses of our new Semi Private Training Sessions. Sessions run January 9th through March 31st. Choose from the following options and join one today! $469 for 12 weeks.

  • BODY FIT
    Our overall strength, conditioning and fat loss session is a perfect supplement  to your private program or a jump start towards your fitness goals.

    Level 1 Sessions (beginner – intermediate)         
    Wednesdays at 7
    pm
    Fridays at 11 am
                    

    Level 2 Sessions (intermediate – advanced)   
    Tuesdays at 9 am
    Tuesdays at 6 pm

    Thursdays at 10 am

    Fridays 10 am


  • CORE CARDIO
    All the areas you hate to ignore are taken care of in this 45 min session. 
    15 mins of hard  “core” movements and 30 mins of moderate – high intensity cardio.
                           
    Thursdays at 7 pm

  • TRX GROUP
    Work your entire body with this efficient new training product used by the Navy SEALS.

    Mondays at 10 am
    Thursdays at 11 am
       
       

BOXING CLINIC WITH REGGIE
Come punch and kick your way in to shape. We meet Wednesdays at 9 am, from January 18th through February 22nd. $179 for 6 weeks or $39 a session.

BEYOND BASICS NUTRITION WORKSHOP
Wondering what to eat in order to lose weight? This seminar can help. In just 45 minutes, we go into depth about why you have a hard time losing weight and what you can do about it. For new clients and old clients who want a refresher.
