Our Process

The Discovery Meeting

At this meeting, Kris Wade will get to know you, learn about your challenges and goals, and assess your current level of fitness. She'll look at where you are, where you want to go, and how we can get you there using a combination of exercise and nutrition. You’ll also get a full tour of our immaculate studio and introduced to the rest of the Kris Wade team.

What to bring:

  • Come in your everyday clothes—we won’t get you moving, yet.
  • The more information you can tell Kris about your goals, the more she’ll be able to hand-tailor a program that meets your needs. Before you come, give some thought to how you’re feeling now and how you’d like to feel in the future.

Behind-the-Scenes Planning

Before you ever embark on your first workout with us, Kris and her team will spend as much time as is needed to customize a fitness plan that will get you the results you want while respecting your personal preferences and unique challenges.

First Training Session

During your first workout with us, you’ll work with one of our highly-qualified trainers. You’ll spend most of the time learning the proper alignment for exercises you’ll be doing in your subsequent visits. This won’t be your toughest workout, but it is one of the most important.

What to bring:

  • Workout gear
  • A desire to change your body

Regular Training Sessions

Once you’ve worked with your trainer to determine times that fit your schedule, you’ll come to the studio, change in to your exercise clothes, and spend 60 minutes making your body stronger, leaner, and more fit. We know not everyone loves fitness as much as we do—your trainer will provide all the support and encouragement you need, and can even provide comic relief when necessary.

What to bring:

  • Workout gear
  • Any questions or concerns you have regarding your fitness plan

Follow Ups

Throughout the time that we work together, the Kris Wade team will stay in touch with you to make sure you’re getting the help you need to meet your goals. We take all your feedback seriously, and will do everything we can to make sure that you continue to love the way you look and feel.
