What’s your favorite exercise?
Running is the one exercise that I find relaxing and enjoyable. I get distracted very easily and running is the one thing that, once I hit the road, I don’t do anything else until I am done.

What’s your least favorite exercise?
For most people, the stomach area is the one area that can always use some work. That’s true for me as well, but the idea of having to do some sort of crunching turns me off.

What does your personal fitness regimen look like?
It begins with my food intake. I work out to compensate for the foods that I enjoy. I have to make sure that my meals are planned and I eat at least every 3 hours to keep me satisfied and not snacking too much. I make sure I run at least 4 times a week for 3 miles on my not so busy days.

How do you fit a workout into a crazy day?
It is impossible to fit a full hour work out on the long days, but the beauty of my job is the fact that the equipment is always there, just waiting for me. So I take advantage of mini gaps during the day by picking a muscle group and focusing on it.

What’s the best part of being a personal trainer?
As I build relationships with clients I learn more and more about the changes they want to make, and it feels great to go through the transitions of life working on those changes and helping them make better decisions.

What’s the best part of being a Kris Wade Personal Fitness Expert?
The best part of being a Kris Wade trainer is knowing that every person will be cared for. It starts with knowing that I am cared for and taken care of by my Team Leader. And coming to work to a pleasant environment is a relief. Kris has taken me under her wing in the last five years and has helped me grow in ways I never imagined--both personally and professionally. I spend each hour with different faces and personalities and each of them has come to Kris Wade with a desire to take control of their bodies. The biggest rewards come when they feel better, enjoy life more and enjoy their new bodies.
