What does your personal fitness regimen look like?
It consists of cardio 5-6 days a week (of varying intensities), 4-5 days of weight training, and 2-3 days dedicated to core and balance.
How do you fit a workout into a crazy day?
I fit a workout into a crazy day by considering it a necessary part of that day. It may mean getting up a little earlier, staying up a little later, or just squeezing it in through intervals throughout the day. If your overall health and well being is a priority you will always make some kind of time for exercise.
