What’s your favorite exercise?
I like to work on multi-planar movements. You incorporate more muscle groups, create proper movement patterns and burn more calories.

What’s your least favorite exercise?
Squats. It's a love-hate relationship.

What does your personal fitness regimen look like?
I strength train three times a week for 45 minutes and do 30 minutes of cardio twice.  If I know I have an eventful weekend coming up I will add an extra day of both.  I use varying equipment; bands, free weights and cable machines all find a way into my workout.

How do you fit a workout into a crazy day?
Crazy days can be hard.  Instead of just sitting in front of the television to wind down I will practice movements during the commercials.  Even basics moves like planks, push ups or lunges can add up. 

What’s the best part of being a personal trainer?
I enjoy helping people change their lifestyle, feel better, build self confidence and enjoy the gift of health and life.

What’s the best part of being a Kris Wade Personal Fitness Expert?
We are a family who learn together, grow together and care about each other. There is much to be said about having a strong team. We are all very different but blend so well together. Kris encourages us to reach new goals and stay on top of our education. As Kris would say, 'set a new standard and step up!'.
