What’s your favorite exercise?
Anything utilizing dumbbells. I like to work all muscles individually. I love pushing myself.
What’s your least favorite exercise?
I hate cardio...but I do it anyway.
What does your personal fitness regimen look like?
Cardio two to three times a week (treadmill and basketball). I workout with weights three to four times a week. I work on different muscle groups every time I workout, utilizing weights and resistance bands. I try to eat every two hours to keep my metabolism going. And of course I take my vitamins.
How do you fit a workout into a crazy day?
With my crazy hours, I do what I can when I can. Sometimes it’s in the morning, sometimes I squeeze it in during lunch. That is the good thing about being a personal trainer, you are always around the equipment.
What’s the best part of being a personal trainer?
The best part of being a personal trainer is knowing what the body requires to look and feel great. I get to use the knowledge that I have learned to motivate, educate, make new friends, and help people make a significant change in their life. You can do it!!!!

Coming to a place where your health and wellbeing are important. We meet consistently with Kris to discuss client programs. And there is always variety! I can’t think of anything else that feels better than motivating someone to meet their goals and knowing you have contributed to changing their life.
