“I’ve gone to a lot of gyms, and I far prefer the small club atmosphere of Kris Wade to the big places that are full of hot, sweaty jocks. The trainers I had worked with in the past were great at working with young, athletic people who are in good shape, but most didn’t understand aging bodies or physical limitations. I have arthritis in my feet, and no one I had worked with in the past seemed to really comprehend how to tailor exercises to meet my needs.
